The staff at North Sound Oral Surgery will work hand in hand with you to maximize insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. The staff is well informed and up to date. In order for the staff to assist with your insurance processing, you will need to provide a current photo ID, dental insurance card, and medical insurance card, at your first appointment.
Almost two decades of experience working with dental insurance shows us that coverage and benefits are continuing to decrease. At this point, policy benefits often will not cover basic procedures which define a reasonable standard of care. Patients may be disappointed with the low limits and exclusions of their policy. The negative impact of restrictive and inadequate dental insurance benefits is a serious matter.

During your visit, we will provide a detailed copy of your treatment plan and the associated fees. At the time of your surgery, you will need to pay the portion of your estimated treatment costs not covered by insurance. After your insurance has paid, any balance remaining is the patients responsibility, and is due immediately. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. If you do not have insurance coverage, full payment will be required at the time of your surgical procedure. Please remember, insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company. We encourage you to communicate with your insurance company regarding your policy and its coverage. As a courtesy to our patients we will assist with verifying your benefits.
For your convenience we accept Visa, Master Card, check or cash. We always strive to deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients. Payment is due at the time of service.
