Financial and Administrative Policies
During your visit, we will provide a detailed copy of your treatment plan and the associated fees. If you do not have insurance coverage, full payment will be required at the time of your surgical procedure. We accept Visa, Master Card, check or cash.
We are well-versed in insur
ance practices and will work closely with you to maximize reimbursement for covered procedures. To help us help you, when you arrive for your first appointment, please bring a current photo ID, as well as your dental and medical insurance cards.
At the time of your surgery, you will need to pay the portion of your estimated treatment costs not covered by insurance. After your insurance has paid, any balance remaining is your responsibility and is due immediately.
Please remember, insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company. Make sure to communicate with your insurance company regarding your policy and its coverage.
