The administrative staff at North Sound Oral Surgery, Implant Surgery, & Office Anesthesia will make every effort to work hand in hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff. They are well informed and up to date. In order for the staff to assist with your insurance processing, you will need to provide a current photo ID, dental insurance card, and medical insurance card, at your first appointment.
We will give you a copy of your treatment plan at your consultation appointment. At the time of your surgery, we ask that you pay the estimated portion of your treatment fees that will not be covered by insurance. After your insurance has paid, any balance remaining is your responsibility, and will be due immediately. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. If you do not have insurance coverage, payment in full will be required at the time of your surgical procedure.
Please remember that insurance is a contract between you and you insurance company. You are ultimately responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of insurance coverage. We encourage you to call your insurance company regarding your coverage. As a courtesy to our patients we will assist with verifying your benefits.
For your convenience we accept Visa, Master Card, check or cash. We always strive to deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients. Payment is due at the time service is rendered.
